Setup new customer request


Right mouse click into the window on the right side; choose "New"

Fill out the following dialog:

Customer codeofficial Code

Customer textthis is a multilingual field - double click and write the text in German and French - printed on invoice

Supplier codeofficial Code again

Supplier text service supplier text in English - printed on voucher, request report and supplier lists

Requirementsselect the corresponding requirements over the dropdown box

Only required if the customer request is only valid in combination with specific requirements

Free text select from the dropdown box:

Not possibleno free text can be added to this customer request during booking procedure

Possiblefree text can be added to this customer request but is not required during booking procedure

Mandatoryfree text needs to be added to this customer request during booking procedure

Essential Medical Medical

Personal

Personalset set flag if this customer request needs to be assigned to a specific person - for example meal requests as like vegetarian meal. This CR will show in list of assigning a CR to a participant in Genesis.

Service

Serviceset set flag if this customer request needs to be assigned to a specific service - for example customer request ground floor. This CR will show in list of assigning a CR to a service in Genesis.

Cancell. Reason

After a cancellation the CR dialog pops up and it is mandatory to enter a cancellation reason. If not cancellation is not possible.

Cancell. OptionIn Option

In case of automatic option cancelling it is necessary to create a customer request as cancelled option. Otherwise the autocancellation requires always a reason.
