Using the RVS Mask various Travel Insurances can be booked. Diverse Insurance tariffs can be monitored and documents can be print locally.

If you have recalled an existing booking via the EXPERT-Mask, the existing Clip will be extended by the TAB "RVS (Pic. RVS ¹).
With an existing booking some fields of the RVS-Mask will be preoccupied.
Travel insurance can also be booked separately.
In this case all required fields need to be filled manually.
The insurance mask shows basically 3 areas:

• Data Search (Pic. RVS ⁴)
• Insurance data (Pic. RVS ²)
• Passenger data (Pic. RVS ³)
• Buttons (Pic. RVS ⁵)

Display a booked insurance

Booked insurances can be displayed by selecting the Insurance Company from the drop down box, entering the Insurance number and click to search glass at the end of the line.
The booking management is another easy way to recall a booked insurance.

Book an Insurance

Enter all appropriate data to "Insurance data" (Pic. RVS ²) and "Passenger data" (Pic. RVS ³) and click on the button „search tariff".

Tariff List

In the "Tariff" Area you will receive a list (Pic. 18) with the available Tariffs shown but limited to the given data from "Insurance data" and "Passenger data".

A click to the Symbol < + > will extend the tariff information (Pic. Tarif List Detail) and show more options. With some insurance extras can be booked here.

Click on „i" and you will be supplied with a PDF Document holding additional information, e.g. Services, Notes, Remarks, self-payment rules etc.

Select Tariff

Select a Tariff flagging the checkbox (Pic. Tarif List ⁸) and clicking to <next> (Pic. Tarif List ⁹).

Check Tariff

The Tariff selected will display in the Expert Mode (Pic. Check Tarif). Double check the data displayed and click to <book> to actually book the tariff selected.

Client Data

Check the client data (Pic. Additional Datas ¹)imported from the booking if necessary amend these data.

Payment Data

Enter he appropriate Payment type (Pic. Additional Datas ²). Select from "Cash / Invoice", "Direct Debit" and "Credit Card".

Afterward click to < Book > to book the insurance.

Generate Insurance documentation

You need to select whether you would like to print or email the insurance documents.

Send Insurance documentation via E-Mail

If you have selected the dispatch by e-mail, please enter the e-mail address where the insurance policy should be send and click to the button < Book >

You can still print the insurance simply click on the button < Print >.
Also a cancellation of the insurance can be executed by clicking on the button < cancel >
