The Client management stores your customer data and address data and Client Status Fields.
In different masks as for example of the expert's mask in the declarant area or in the travel insurances client data area you will find a button < Get Client > which interacts with your client management and will preoccupy the suitable fields automatically.

Start Client Management
Click on the menu button Customer profile. The customer search mask appears where you can search stored customers. New clients will be introduced in this mask too.

Client Search
Entering Data to the search fields will allow you to search the data base. Entering more figures to a search field will shorten the search.
Also the work with so-called "Wildcards" (place holders) is permitted. The sign "" is called Wildcard. The starlet () stands for any and arbitrarily many signs.

After you have changed, for example, the address data of the customer, you have to click on the button < SAVE > to store the changes. |

Enter a new Client

The mask to enter a new client will appear (Pic. Add Client). Enter all client data available and click to < Save > to store the data.
From now one the client is available via the client search mask.
By using < get client > in various masks, these data can be imported to a booking.
