PNR import options
Here a short manual for the different import options and suggestions when to use them:
| This option will create a new booking with a new booking number for the PNR.
This can be used, if you have a completely new Amadeus booking which you want to import to DaVinci. |
| This will import the new PNR to an existing booking and creates a new service line for the PNR.
You will need the booking number or have the file opened in Genesis.
You can use this, if you want to add a new flight to an exiting booking, e.g. a return flight if you had a one way ticket. |
| This will import a PNR into an existing booking and creates a new sequence.
You will need the booking number or have the file opened in Genesis.
You can use this, if there was a change in the flight and you have to update the latest imported PNR file in DaVinci. |
| Proofs if the PNR is already imported to DaVinci and creates a new sequence for it, if an existing booking was found.
Use this option if you already imported a PNR with flight information only (without any tickets). If you generated a new PNR containing the tickets for this flight, you can easily import it again with choosing this option. |
