Flight rotation

Create flight rotation dialog

Upper level of dialog
Flight No.	The number of the flight
Name	Description of the flight can be TLC TLC/carrier
Airline	Select the carrier for this flight
Start airport	Select from where the flight begins can only be done manually when setting up the rotation.
Aircraft	Graphic seat map aircraft definition.
Date	Select the dates that this flight will operate between.
Days	Select on which day the flight will operate
Every	Does the flight operate every week, every other (2) weeks, or so on.
Lower level of dialog
Level	Important for the automatic flight distribution of clients Level 0 = Manual distribution of clients to flights Level 1 = default flight Level 2 = next flight level after level 1 and so on.
Day	Is there a date change? Or does it arrive on the same day as it departs?
From	Starting Airport (TLC)
To	Destination Airport (TLC)
Flight no.	Number of the flight
Departure	Time will the flight depart
Arrival	Time will the flight arrive
Diff	If the flight arrive in a different time zone +/- hour or 0 for same
Aircraft	Assignment of aircraft definition for graphic seat map
Seats	User must assign the type and number of seats that this rotation has. Seat class must match service type from booking code for automatic distribution. Additionally, if there are no seats defined, or not enough exist then it will not be possible to distribute passengers to this flight.
Remark	Area for comments about the flight

Important note. A flightnumber and a name must be unique. It is allowed to set it up double, but in the booking process it will be protected to book, because system find rotation twice.

Open
Seat dialog
Fill in the seat dialog; use the same codes that are used by the service types.
To change rotations
Right mouse click and select properties.

Search dialog tab
You may make manual changes to the flights in found by the select filter.
Or make a summary change – this tab allows you to make a change on more than one date.
The left column: filter for what to look for with in each of the categories.
The right column: the change to make with in the categories.

Fill the seat data in the dialog and select change.
After selecting change, the seats for all dates are changed.

Assignment of rotations:
Assign the rotation to corresponding Booking Codes

Booking:
Settings for automatic distribution:
Automatic distribution is the automated assignment of passengers to flights.
These settings must be activated for the automation to function; the activation setting and the setting for calculating the available amount of seats in the rotation.
