SMTP and employee e-mail address setup

Basic setup to send E-mails via SMTP:
For both programs (DaVinci and GenVas) the SMTP settings are the same:
E-Mail directly to SMTP server:
This flag have to be active to use SMTP
SMTP server name or IP:
IP Address of Exchange (SMTP) server
Automatic mail copy to the mail sender if SMTP:
If this flag is active a copy of the E-mail will send to E-mail address of sending employee
Employee name in mail header:
If this flag is active the Employee name will be send together with the e-mail address
Basic Data setup of employee:
Name:
Name which will send together with e-mail address
E-mail:
"Sender" E-mail address
The E-mail address could be the group mailbox of the employee!
Example "Sending Invoice via E-mail":
I logged in with the "BEWO" employee (Name "Bewotec", E-mail infotest@bewotec.de)
Now I send an invoice e-mail from a booking which was NOT created by this user:
I send the invoice via e-mail:
The E-mail arrives at my own outlook because I am the client which get the invoice:
The E-mail "Sender" is "Bewotec" and address "testinfo@bewotec.de".
A copy of this e-mail was send to the employee same employee and e-mail address
