In that dropdown box could be defined which address should be stored as invoice supplier. The address behind the catalogue



Or the address behind the booking code

It is important for the accounting, because this invoice supplier is stored in the table Leistungskopf under the column VERA_HASH. Bewotec recommend the setting 'Touroperator from bookingcode'

Without that flag the max. length of accommodation codes are 6 digits.
If the flag is on the accommodation codes could be extended to 10 digits

Before version 1026 it was not possible to scroll in the service selection vacancy. With that flag it is possible to set a scroll bar for a long period.

This scrollbar is fix and the flag makes no sense.

Message box appears if dates are taken over after a selection change

Line 7 Disable Service Multiselection

This flag should protect that the multi selection is in use
Usually the system brings an error for selecting two services with a code on the same position

In the case that multi selection is flagged in option 1 in the booking code

No longer active. Flag on or off, preferences are always active.

Define the time for the refresh of such a seat map. Because meanwhile it is possible, that another user books a seat. After the refresh this will be shown.
Refresh is also manual possible.
 

Line 11 Warnings Genesis in pop-up dialog

If that flag is activated an additional popup window appears after the comman to do e.g. a BC confirmation. If that flag is off the pop-up does not appear.
Important is to set the flag in the Bookingcode on Option 1 Confirmation of important note.

It is necessary to enter a warning to create a confirmable message

Flag is on, no check is done.

If only package bookings containing minimum flight and hotel this flag is not to set. If a flight or a hotel should book individual this flag has to be set.

Line 18 Activate prices in Genesis availability

If the flag is on the prices will be displayed in the Service selection in Genesis

If the flag is off, the prices are not displayed

The setting with price display involves that it takes more time and performance to display, because the prices will be calculated during the search.

Line 19 Activate participants in search

Flag on. User can distinguish what kind of participants should be in the booking




Flag off. Only a total count of passengers is possible.

Line 20 Client notice: Pop-up in Genesis

In general it could be decided, if a note behind the client should pop-up during creating the note




If only in the client search dialog and NOT in the booking mask this note should pop-up, after the note is flagged itself, the flag in line 20 should be off.
If it should pop-up in Genesis as well it the flag must be in.

Line 21 Check quantity after choice of change

???? Test in change selection. If flag on or off, every time the quantity was changed, when participants were changed.

If a tour operator works with sales types

It is possible to link a default sales type to every booking. The sales type will be stored in the booking and could be used for statistics.

Open the service search with right mouse click in Genesis


If the flag is off the service search is lean and able to search for single services


If the flag is on the service search is extended and user can configure through different search dialogs

Can collect different services on the left side and take them over to Genesis.
Advantage is a good overview, because the different search dialogs are on one screen.
