SETUP OF COMMISSION CHART

This Manual describes how the user can set up commision charts without using the agency hierarchy.
The commission charts are crated in system settings, conditions, commission chart.

In commission table "A" the commission is percentage.

In commission table "A FIX" the commission has an absolute value.
If the provision changes, you can enter a validity:

Now for product type "Pauschalarrangement" the absolut provision of 40 CHF is only valif for 2009.
If in 2010 it is a different,y ou have to create a new line:

There a re a lot of possibilities, to create different provisions:

You can distinguish between destination or country or special bookingcodes or for special requirements.
The commission charts must now be assigned to an agency.

The chart needs to be assigned in the agency data. And can be distinguished depending on the type. The type is the booking source.

Percentage provision
Make a booking request for the agency 30541 for a carshop product which has 13 %provision.

In booking properties you can see that the provision:

Absolute provision
Make a booking request for the agency 30360 for a carshop product which has 90 CHF absolut Provision.
