The source of this text is behind the price type
The text reacts on the language which is linked to an address.
Flag in the Basic Data Settings is on -> Price text reacting on the setting in the agency

If a tour operator works with entering new addresses in the invoice footer it is necessary to switch this flag off, because during the booking a new address will be created. If the client number is filled this is protected.
If a tour operator works with existing or new addresses which should entered via new the address database, it is necessary to set this flag. If client address is empty, it is not possible to make a booking.

Genvas do not check if a booking is double in the system, if this flag is on.
Flag off.
This message appears while making action B. It does not appear after a BA.

If the flag is set the field of the room (unit) number is initialized, means empty.

Business Case:
If a tour operator deals with half double rooms it make sense that the room number is still in, during creating the second booking with the same room number.
Line 10 Number of days before departure for short-term bookings
In this field will be defined how many days in prior of departure a booking is considered as a short term booking. For bookings within that time range the system creates an info in the database table Vorgangskopf.
Then this works with the reminders, where to consider a reminder setting for short term bookings.
Line 11 No room number assignment
If that flag is on, no room number could be assigned. Field is empty.
Line 12 If AN/RQ/OQ/OP fix, then change booking date
If the flag is on, the booking date is change after fixing a booking within the headline named states.

With that setting it could be regulated that every participant must assign to required services or required services in group, if a package will be booked.
Line 14 Check terms from package service
If the flag is on Genvas check if the related services in a booking have the date as in the package definition is configured.
In the definition the booking code 'Kirkwall' has to start on the 15th and end on the 16th. In the tried booking it starts and ends on the 15th. In case of the flag in line 14 the booking is protected.
After removing that flag the booking is possible.
Line 15 Options permitted
Options are not allowed, if one service of the booking is e.g. on request.

Every option create a time stamp
If a tour operator work with a scheduler, which change the status on the option date, it could be defined with flag in line 16 if the status will change to OK or XX if the option date is reached.
This could depend on midnight of the day (flag off) or on the specific time from the timestamp (flag on). If it will change on specific time it is necessary that scheduler runs multiple per day. For scenario one only scheduler has to run only once a night.
Line 17 Working days for options
In this setting it could be defined what are working days for an option. Example: If the option date is on a Sunday, scheduler waits till Monday to change the state of the booking.

Business case: If the cost unit is different, it is in the most cases a gift order which is paid by the agency and not by the end consumer. The price in Genesis could set to 0 with that flag, because the agent can see that this is not payable for client and the sum of the booking price is not affected.
Line 23 Check Package services 1 to 1 against package definition
If the flag is set, the system takes the price for the hotel which is part of the package regarding the in the package given dates. The additional service is outside the package range and receives the price from the single booking code.

If the flag in 23 is off, the extension is calculated with the price from the package.
Important to know
If line 26 is flagged, the described construct do not work. The system merges both rows and uses the package price.

If the flag is off, every booking notice is stored in a history.
If this booking will be displayed the booking number deleted and a new BA will send, the notices are still in.
If the flag is on, the notices will be deleted after deleting the booking number and sending a BA

These two (or more) lines will be merged after a BA.
