The entries made in the Agency /Travel ag and Client fields will depend on whether a client is making a booking directly with a Kuoni Call Centre or via a Travel Agent.

For example:

The Apollo Sweden id is entered in the Agency / Travel ag field if the client is booking direct otherwise enter the Travel Agent's id.

If a client is booking direct with a Kuoni a  Call Centre (for example, Apollo Sweden or Kuoni UK), the clients Address ID is entered in the Client field or if they are booking via a travel agent the Travel Agent's id is entered in the Client field.



DaVinci/Genesis is a German system. In the Title field it is necessary to enter, H, D, K, B this will be converted to the appropriate local salutation on all correspondence.

A child/baby's date of birth must be entered to ensure appropriate child discounts are applied.



Selecting Take Over will enable you to select another product or service type from the Selection Service screen, while it is still open.



Any information that has not been saved will be cleared from the screen.



It is sufficient to enter a booking reference only, the most recent or 'active' sequence will be displayed automatically. Older sequences are stored for historic reasons only.



U is entered to confirm the booking amendment if the State of the service is OK.

UQ is entered to confirm the booking amendment if the status of the service is RQ on request.

U actions are used to modify both a Quotation and a Booking.



The Travel Period drop down will be automatically populated with valid travel dates, if during the master data setup dates for excursions, packages etc were setup.

For example a particular excursion may be available on a Monday and Thursday only, the dates available would reflect this.


