The Sales Flight Stockholm to Rhodes has two possible routes, each with two segments or legs. A separate booking code for each segment per route has to be created.
Route 1: Stockholm to Copenhagen - – Copenhagen to Rhodes

Route 2: Stockholm to Oslo - – Oslo to Rhodes
ARN OSL - – OSL RHO
To create a booking code for the first segment of route 1, Stockholm to Copenhagen:

- Enter Stockholm -Copenhagen–Copenhagen in the Booking Name field.
- Enter ARN CPN/NV in the Booking Code field.

A Booking Code for each Physical Leg of the following routes has now been created.
Route 1: Stockholm to Copenhagen - – Copenhagen to Rhodes
ARN CPN - – CPN RHO
Route 2: Stockholm to Oslo - – Oslo to Rhodes
ARN OSL - – OSL RHO
The Flight Service Types (Economy and Business) need to be assigned to each leg.
Step-by-Step: Assign a Flight Service Type
To assign a Flight Service Type to the Booking Code the Stockholm to Copenhagen leg (ARN CPH/NV):
...
- Enter NV 1234 in the Flight no field.
- Enter ARN - – CPN in the Name field.
- Select SAS Charter Flights from the Airline dropdown field.
- Select No catalog assignment > Flight > Chain Code from the Chain Code dropdown field.
- Select 02 [02]
If the Chain Code is known it can be entered directly in the Chain code field.
In this example the rotation start date is the 1st November 2012 and the end date is 31st October 2013. The flight is scheduled to depart from Stockholm on a Monday and Wednesday every week at 10:00 and scheduled to arrive in Oslo at 11:00. - Enter 01.11.2012 in the Date field.
- Enter 31.10.2013 in the Date field.
- Select Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Enter ARN in the From field.
- Enter CPN in the To field.
- Enter SK 1234 in the Flight no field.
- Enter 10:00 in the Departure field.
- Enter 11:00 in the Arrival field.
- Enter +0 in the Diff field.
If a flight departs on one date and arrives the next, for example:
Departure 22:30 1st November
Arrive:06:30 2nd November
+1 is entered in the Diff field. - Select OK.
