User must assign the type and number of seats that this rotation has. Seat class must match service type from booking code for automatic distribution. Additionally, if there are no seats defined, or not enough exist then it will not be possible to distribute passengers to this flight. |

Important note. A flightnumber and a name must be unique. It is allowed to set it up double, but in the booking process it will be protected to book, because system find rotation twice.

Seat dialog
Fill in the seat dialog; use the same codes that are used by the service types.
To change rotations
Right mouse click and select properties.
Search dialog tab
You may make manual changes to the flights in found by the select filter.
Or make a summary change – this tab allows you to make a change on more than one date.
The left column: filter for what to look for with in each of the categories.
The right column: the change to make with in the categories.
Fill the seat data in the dialog and select change.
After selecting change, the seats for all dates are changed.
Assignment of rotations:

Settings for automatic distribution:
Automatic distribution is the automated assignment of passengers to flights.
These settings must be activated for the automation to function; the activation setting and the setting for calculating the available amount of seats in the rotation.

And use a BA action once again, the 2nd row, which is level one will be used.

If automatic distribution was not activated or if the participants desire to be on an earlier or later flight DaVinci users can assign participants to a flight using the flight distribution dialog.

To change a flight rotation within a booking
Select a booking and a rotation to change with:

Control in Genesis with action D
Update flight information:
If a flight has a schedule change, you will need to update the flight information within the already assigned bookings.
This can be done by redistributing the passengers in flight distribution or within Genesis using the batch action > update flight information.
Select the period and the booking code that you need to update.
Select start
This actually did not find 2 bookings with the same number, but because there are more than one flight on that day, update of flight information controlled and confirmed both flights during the update.
