OA or BA Action allows booking even if allotment is sold out
Flight booked:
Allotment is sold out:
Info will be shown but accommodation code Y from flight disappears. If the user now will send a new BA or OA action it will be accepted und booked out of allotment.
After change of code it is not possible, the accommodation code will be still there and booking out of allotment will not be done. Even if the user will delete the code, it will be sent back from package matrix.
