Queue_CRM_2
The queue group is a workflow for qualified distribution of tasks. These tasks have to be defined previously in the menu "Configuration Basic data/codes Queue handling "
There you can:
- Define several types of tasks belonging to a task group
- Assign tasks to special users
- Generate an automatic mail that will be sent to user when a special event occurs (Cancellations, internet bookings or requests that became fix).
- You can define private or public tasks (that can be seen by group of users).
