1 Introduction
This document describes the installation and configuration steps for automatic executed Printjobs by the new print service. The installation of the print service is described in another document.
2 Defining FilterSets
In the Filter Sets you define with criteria's and their values which data should be printed.
2.1 Create a group (Dokumentendruck)
Please select the „Dokumentendruck"and in "Dokumentendruck" please activate the FilterSet tab. Here will be defined the FilterSets for the "Set Documents" (will be explained later).
First there has to be created a group:
For creating a new Filterset please select the entry "Neue":
After that you can define the criteria's for the FilterSet
2.2 Create a FilterSet (Dokumentendruck)
With the arrow buttons the criteria's can be moved in the list to the right. Then mark the criteria select an operator and the referring value(s).
3 Document Set
In the Document Set you store the Printjobs which should be executed.
3.1 Create a Documentset
To create the "Dokumentenset" you have to select "Neue" by the Button "Varianten":
When both are created you can define a print job for it which the print service will automatically execute.
4 Create print jobs
To create a new print job select „New Job" in „Dokumentendruck Job"
In the Print jobs you put together the Filter set and the document set and the time for the job.
To create a new print job, there has to be defined the name and the time values:
There are several possibilities for the time:
You can install the Schedule print on: Daily, Monthly, Weekly and once.
Depending on this selection the fields the other fields will be enabled.
When there will be an entry in "Repeat every" then starting from the "Start time" until the "till" entry the print job will be repeated every interval which is stored in "Repeat every".
4.1 Example for a Daily job:
This print job will be executed every day at 11:15.
4.2 Example for a weekly job:
This print job will run every second week on Monday and Wednesday at 11:15.
4.3 Example for a monthly job:
This print job will run every fifth day of the months January, March, May and July at 11:15.
4.4 Example for a once job:
This print job will only run on eighth of January at 11:15.
4.5 Example for a repeat Job:
This job will be executed on every day of the first week starting at nine o'clock every hour until six o'clock in the evening.
5 Kind of print
After creating the print job, there has to be decided what kind of print there should be executed:
With the entry "New Set Document", there can be defined a print job witch Invoices and so on.
With the entry "New List Document", there can be defined a Meldeliste or a Buchungsliste with the existing XML-Data.
With the entry "New Request Document", there can be defined which request action should be executed.
5.1 New Set Document
After selecting the entry "New Set Document" the following dialog appears:
Here has to be entered the Document set and the Filter set which can be selected by tree.
Additionally there is the possibility to make some more settings like the Output Device.
5.2 New List Document
After selecting the entry "New List Document" the following dialog appears:
Here should be selected the list type, which can be "Buchungsliste" or "Meldeliste and the XML-Data which define the data which should be treated.
