Description	Text	Yes	Description of the condition
Days before departure	Num	No	Number of days before departure. Meaning that the booking fee applies within the number of days before departure.
Days after booking	Numeric	No	This is the number of days after booking after which this rule will be used, before that it will not be valid. If it is "0" means, the cancellation costs will be valid immediately after booking. "1" means it will be applied only if the booking is changed 1 day after booking or later. You can also enable a checkbox in basic data _ DaVinci Booking Server Book  Cancellation Cancellation without costs from booking date_ That would be same as entering "1" for ALL cancellation rules.
Product type	Drop-down	No	Product type for the condition. This condition is then used if the product type of the service in the booking line has this product type. If not filled, commission will be 0 (nil).
Absolut	Num	No/0.00	Fee as an absolute value.
Currency	Dropdown	Yes	Currency can be empty if a percentage is defined.
But minimum	Amount 7,2	No	Absolute value as a minimum for the costs
Maximum booking		No
But max %	Num	Yes/0.00	Maximum percentage of the original booking price that can be calculated as Fee.
% Commission	Num	No/empty	Commission in % on the Cancellation costs.
Valid always	Checkbox	/not checked	If checked this cancel cost will be taken always (as a basic cancellation cost) independent from days before departure.
Commission	Num	No/empty	Absolute commission on the Cancellation costs.
Per Night	Num	Yes /0.00	If price type is "Per Night/Day" the amount you enter here will be billed for each night of the period for which the service is booked.
No. of Nights	Num	Yes/0	If Price type is "Nights/Days" here you can enter how many nights should be billed.
Country	Dropdown	N	Dropdown box to select a country Defines for which destination country this change fee is valid. If no country selected, the fee applies for all countries.
Price Type	Drop-down	Yes	Type of how the cancellation fee has been defined: "Absolute/Percentual", "Per Night/Day", "Nights/days", "Absolute/Person", "Absolute/Booking".
Tax	Drop-down	No	VAT type that must be calculated on the Costs.
Departure from	Drop-down	No	Start of booking period for which the condition is valid
Departure to	Drop-down	No	End of booking period for which the condition is valid
Valid from	Date	No	Date from which this rule is valid
Valid to	Date	No	Date to which this rule is valid
Reserv. Type	Drop-down	No	Reservation type the rules applies to: Seats, Couchette, Schlafwagen (from code chart, type reservation types)
Compartment	Drop-down	No	Compartment the rule applies to: 17 (Grand Classe), 19 (Ruhesessel) (from code chart, type compartment)
Supplier	Drop-down	No	Supplier the rules apply for (needed for flights to define Airliner dependant cancellation costs). From Addresses, type Service Supplier.
Class	Drop-down	No	Class booked at supplier (needed for flight to define cancellation costs per class).* e.g. Y, Q etc.
Ticket printed	Checkbox	/not checked	If not checked, this rule is always applicable. If checked, this means that this rule is only applied when a ticket is printed.
