The queue group is a workflow for qualified distribution of tasks. These tasks have to be defined previously in the menu "Configuration  Basic data/codes  Queue handling "
There you can:

  • Define several types of tasks belonging to a task group
  • Assign tasks to special users
  • Generate an automatic mail that will be sent to user when a special event occurs (Cancellations, internet bookings or requests that became fix).
  • You can define private or public tasks (that can be seen by group of users).
