Without price reduc.	Checkbox	No	Checked means that this rule is only used when the new price is equal or higher then the old price. If unchecked, the rule is only applied if the new price is lower then the old price.
Product type book. change	Dropdown	No	Product type for the condition. Change fee is applicable if the booking contains this product type.
Percent	Num	Yes	Fee as a percentage. Defaulted to 0.00
Absolut	Num	Yes	Fee as an absolute value. Defaulted to 0.00
But max %	Num	Yes	Maximum percentage of the original booking price that can be calculated as Fee. Defaulted to 0.00
But Max amount	Num 10	No	A fixed maximum amount on booking change fees per booking.
Deposit	Checkbox	No	If this flag is checked, then the deposit will be taken as the change fee.
Commission	Percentage	No	Percentage commission. If this field is used, the same VAT and product type is applied as defined for the booking change fee.
Commission product type	Num	No	Reference to a product type (e.g. "change fee inland") to calculate the commission on the Change fee. If this field is filled, then the product type and commission and VAT as defined in the commission table must be used. (This field can thus be used when the VAT on the commission is different). It is advised to either use the commission field or the commission product type, and not both.
Per Night	Num	No/inactive	Defaulted to 0.00 (only active if "Price type" = Per night)
Nights/ No. days	Num	No/inactive	Number of nights. (only active if "Price type" = No. nights)
Duration/nights	Display		Rule is valid, if duration of stay is at least THIS number of nights.
Country	Dropdown	N	Dropdown box to select a country. Only active if "Extended" is checked. Land will be checked with the first priority. Defines for which destination country this change fee is valid. If no country selected, the fee applies for all countries.
Price type	Dropdown	Yes	Type of how the booking change fee has been defined. Values:
Group	Dropdown	No / empty	Select an optional price group here.
Days before departure	Num	No	Number of days before departure Meaning that the booking fee applies within the number of days before departure.
Days after booking	Numeric	No	Number of days after booking date that this fee will be applied, is for example used to define that the fee only must be applied 1 day after booking (and later).
VAT	Drop-down	No	VAT type and percentage that must be calculated on the Change fee. Change fee can be including or excluding VAT. (This is defined on the VAT.
Valid from	Date	No/ empty	Date from which the condition is valid
Valid to	Date	No/ empty	Date till which the condition is valid
Departure from	Date	No/ empty	Start of departure date of the journey for which the condition is valid. This is always related to the old departure date (before, not after the booking change).
Departure to	Date	No/ empty	End of departure date of the journey for which the condition is valid.
Requirements	Multiselect	No/ none checked	Select one or more requirements for which this fee shall be valid. If you select nothing, this check will be ignored (same result as check all).
