Destination
The destination is for statistic use and needs to be filled in the booking code. In addition it could be exported into SAP. For this reason it is important to agree first with the accounting before open up a new destination.

Mark "Destinations", right mouse click into the window on the right side and select "New"
Fill out the following dialog
Codeenter the official 3-letter-code of the destination
Destinationenter the name of the destination
Descriptionenter the name of the destination
confirm with OK
Setup of a type of travel code
Mark "Type of Travel", right mouse click into the window on the right side and select "New"
Fill out the following dialog
Codeenter the code of the type of travel (e.g. HOT for hotel)
Type of travelenter the name of the type

Mark "Transportation", right mouse click into the window on the right side and select "New"
