SETUP OF access codes

Where to find the access codes

Menu configuration / System Setting / Basis data/Travels / Access code

introduction

The Access code will be used for sub allotments and sub prices for different agencys or different packages or combination of different services in a package.

Setup new Access code

Right mouse click into the window on the right side; choose "New"

Fill out the following dialog:

Descriptionthis is a internal description which will not be shown on the surface

Access Code for allotments

Setup a new sub allotment

A new suballotment will be created with access code 'KTA'


Acess code and name has to be filled


Now the new allotment can be stored

And the decision has to be made if the suballotment should be decrease the mainalootment or not

In this case the suballotment decreases the main allotmant

Access Code for prices

Setup a new sub price

The access code for prices will work in the same way










A subprice has to be created with access code and name

And the new prices for the suballotment has to stored

Access Code in Agencys

Setup a new Access code in Agencys

If the suballotment and the subprices are depend of the booking from a special agency, the access code has to be connected with the agency

Setup a new Access code in a bookingcode

There is also the possibilty to speak to suballotments and prices in case of combination of special packages or special combination of services. F. e.
always if there flights in a booking the system should take the subprice
in case of booking a special package the suballotment or subprice should be taken
To use this possibilty the information has to be stored in the bookingcode on tab 'subcode'
