On accessing DaVinci the following screen is displayed:

A user can navigate via Menu Items or Shortcuts.
The most frequently accessed menu items are Edit and Travel.

When a menu item or shortcut is selected the screen is divided into areas, for example by selecting Travel > Services the following screen is displayed. Dependent on the user activity these areas will display:

• The Catalogue display area.
• The Price Chart display area.
• The Room Type Pricing display area.

In the example below a hotel has been selected and information relating to that selection is displayed in the relevant display area on the screen.

• A hotel is selected from within a catalogue.
• Allotments for that specific hotel are displayed.
